When presented with the opportunity, Harty Tractor volunteered to take a very active role in the Extreme Makeover project in Orlando for Mercedes Homes. By simultaneously operating as much equipment as possible on a 1 acre project requiring demolition of a house and storage facility, clearing of ½ acre, filling the lot with 120 loads of dirt, hauling and disposing of all debris at landfills, and grading the entire project, Harty Tractor, with over 50 employees participating, completed a 9 day schedule in five (5) hours.
