Harty Tractor is a multi-faceted company with several areas of expertise. However, the larger emphasis is in two areas.... our Commercial Division, which handles subdivisions of all varieties, and the Residential Division, which specializes in site preparation for residential developments - one residential lot at a time.

COMMERCIAL PROJECTS DIVISION:
The Harty Tractor Commercial Teams utilize a strong Project Manager approach to each project. Essentially, our Project Managers are responsible to:

Assign the adequate resources for each project.
Ensure that each task is performed to the satisfaction of the customer.
Meet the agreed upon schedule. Meeting the agreed upon schedule is one of Harty Tractor Service's strong points and one that we recognize as very critical to the customer. Whether the customer is a small builder, individually owned, or traded on Wall Street, meeting the schedule is critical to fulfilling the demands of the customer/investor(s), and fulfilling their business plan. Our projects are scheduled and managed with utilizing state of the art scheduling software to customize the scheduled tasks to every project.
Communicate regularly and professionally with the Customer. We realize the importance of sharing information and listening to you throughout all aspects of the project.

EQUIPMENT YARD This photograph was taken from the top of one of our landfills. The equipment shown is utilized for daily mobilization to small projects. What isn't included in this photo is other equipment which is already staged on projects for the Commercial Division.

RESIDENTIAL PROJECTS DIVISION:

The Harty Tractor Residential Division earns its living one lot at a time. The Residential division consists of highly skilled operators that are multi-functional and capable of handling jobs without extensive supervision. These operators are some of the best in the business, many of which have been with Harty Tractor for over 15 years. These operators have commercial licenses and mobilize to the jobs daily, utilizing transports dedicated to each machine. This gives Harty Tractor the flexibility to mobilize on-demand.

The HARTY TRACTOR Residential Team mobilizes to Lake, Orange, Seminole, Volusia, and Flagler counties every day and specializes in both production and custom construction.
